How to Measure Your Ring Size

Method 1 — Use a piece of string or paper

Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
Mark where the paper or string overlaps.
Measure the length in millimetres.
Use the chart below to find your size.

Method 2 — Measure an existing ring

Place a ring that fits well on a flat surface.
Measure the internal diameter in millimetres.
Use the chart below to find your size.

Tips for the Best Fit

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Fingers can swell in heat or after exercise — measure at a neutral time of day.
For wide bands, consider going half a size up for comfort.
